All packages are sent from our warehouse in Derbyshire, England. We send all hats in secure cardboard boxes.
In certain scenarios, we may ship from our warehouse in France, in which case we will let you know.

All shipping within the UK is tracked.
Shipping Times
Once we hand the item over to the delivery company, the delivery is out of our hands, but that doesn’t mean we don’t care.
Please allow up to 2 business days for the items to be picked and processed and up to 5 days during public holidays and peak times.
Delivery times from vary depending on the service requested at checkout and the below are just estimates as provided by the Courier service. Note these times do not include the warehouse dispatch time.
